We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Second, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously.

There are several factors that may influence the price of your house cleaning service. These include but are not limited to: condition of your home, Size of your home, Number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, Additional rooms (e.g., second living room or playroom, etc.), Frequency of your cleaning services, Number of pets and Additional services requested.

Your credit card will be processed the day after your cleaning has been completed.

Flat Rate Cleaning Packages offer an upfront price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home and the type of service you select. Each service has its own standardized cleaning checklist which determines which tasks will be completed and ensures that nothing is overlooked. Flat rate packages assume that your home is of a standard size; larger than average homes will incur a surcharge.

We absolutely do. We guarantee our work for 24 hours. If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours and must have done a walk-through with a cleaner immediately after your service. If you are not able to walk-through with a cleaner immediately after service you will not be able to request a refund or a re-clean if you are not satisfied with your service. If you are not present for a walk-through, you are acknowledging that you agree to this policy when creating a booking.
